booking deposit does not mean confirmation of service(s). Rooms / services are

Cancellation:
If
the client cancels the tour for what so ever reason, the cancellation must be
intimidated in writing. Cancellation of air tickets / train tickets will be
charged as per actual with our services charges. Cancellation against the land
arrangements including the hotel booking will attract following cancellation
